The login form is now better organized for users from different countries in Europe.
The e-IDs that origin from the same country is placed on the same row with a corresponding flag and country name in the left column.
BankID AML
* BankID AML search on persons now support address lookup by means of the Norwegian National Registry (FREG). The access to FREG is free of charge but requires granted acccess by Skatteetaten and delegated rights to the provider (see BankId AML).
* Fixed an issue with birth date format in the search parameters.
* Fuzzy mode is now replaced with an option for exact search. Using non exact search option is relevant for search in the underlying sanction sources. Performing non exact search corresponds to a match parameter set to 0.85 which is the default setting by BankID AML.

Location and direction of signature widgets
The possibility of choosing the location and direction of the visible signature widgets associated with each signatory has been added. The selection is available under document options in the New Signature Assignment Wizard, and the sender can choose whether to insert the signature widgets from the top, bottom, left, or right side of the document, and whether to distribute the emblems vertically or horizontally. The default selection is on the right side, from top to bottom.
Preferred signature name
The signatory decides how to write his or her own name in the signature widget. A function is added to the signature page where the signatory can adjust on their own signature name. However, the signer must adjust the name before signing the document(s) for it to be included.
Note: The name in the signer's signing certificate does not change and will appear unchanged in the electronic signature that can be viewed in the signature panel of the PDF reader.
Personal link to signature posting
The sender can now view and copy a signer's signature link. This signature link can be sent to the recipient from their own email, or opened directly in the browser if desired. The feature is available via the link symbol in the list of signers associated with the signature assignment.
Minor improvements
* The Posting Wizard saves sender selection (new signature posting - under notification to signers - sender), so this is the default for the next signature posting.
* Adjusted mobile display responsiveness in the Customer Due Diligence module.
* Includes national identity numbers from people in your contact list (if specified).

Signant now leverage the Angular platform for the signature portal web pages. Hence there are both some major and minor changes to the visual content and also changes that improve and simplify the use of the signature portal. An internal audit of the signature portal and adjustments and have also been made with regard to the EU Web Directive (WAD) on the universal design of websites and mobile applications.
My postings
The overview in My postings is still sectioned in My postings (active postings), Completed postings, and Expired Postings as before and displays your own signature postings in the various phases of the signature posting journey. In each section, the display of Signature postings is renewed and provides a better overview of documents for signing with the status of each document, and an overall status of the signature posting. Editing signature postings, signatory properties, downloading documents, etc. has been moved from subpages, and are now accessible directly in detail views attached to each signature posting.

New signature posting wizard
The wizard is rebuilt from a traditional page-oriented wizard to a singe page wizard - which is natural and more efficient in the web browser. The wizard is designed with distinct sections from uploading documents and selecting signatories, to managing messages and processing after completing the signature posting. Under each section there are expandable detail panels that can be extended to adjust the default properties if desired.

The Signature home page
The signature page is the single most visited web page in Signant and welcomes new users every day. Signant is desiged for both desktop and mobile usage, however the signature page is specially optimized for mobile experience. The signature page has been renewed with focus on easy user experience.
New/changed features
•The signatory can now confirm that the document has been read either by viewing the document as before, or with a simple checkbox - which is appropriate if the signer has read the document in advance.
•Information is provided to the signer stating that the documents are sent to him/her once everyone has signed.
User management
User management has also been renewed on the new platform. Editing of the individual user is done in extensible details directly in the overview, and improved components have been added for editing purpose.
Language support
Improved detection of the selected browser language for new users.
Improvements to the messaging service so that the signer receives messages in the language specified by the sender for the individual signer. English is used as the default language where support for the specified language is lacking.

Added support for iDIN
iDIN is a service offered by banks in the Netherlands which allow consumers to use their bank's secure and reliable login methods to perform identification, age verification and advanced electronic signature. iDIN is now enabled and fully supported by Signant in the same manner as other eID providers. Oppdatering av tjenesten Webskjema for Kundetiltak.
Formålstekst
Det er lagt til en tekst for formålet til kunderelasjonen. Formålsteksten framkommer i ingressen til kundetiltaket, både på skjerm og i kundetiltaksrapporten. Du kan tilpasse denne teksten til egen virksomhet ved å logge inn på deres konto i Signant, og deretter justere teksten i modulen for Kundekontroll.
Eierskap og kontrollstruktur
Det er lagt inn funksjonalitet for at bruker skal kunne laste opp dokumentasjon på eierskap og kontrollstruktur i foretaket. Det er også lagt inn hjelpetekst knyttet til denne funksjonen som forklarer hva som forventes av brukeren, og at det for et aksjeselskap i praksis, som et minimum, betyr aksjeeierboken (ref Finanstilsynets rundskriv 8/2019 Veileder til hvitvaskingsloven, 4.5.5.1).
Uten informasjonskapsler
Kundetiltaket kan nå betjenes helt uten bruk av informasjonskapsler. Det betyr at skjemaet tåler bruk av nettlesere der bruk av informasjonskapsler blokkeres av sikkerhetshensyn.
Liste over vedlegg
En liste over vedlegg vises mens bruker fyller ut kundetiltaket. Dette for at bruker skal kunne verifisere egne vedlegg og eventuelt slette og laste dokumentene opp på nytt. Listen over vedlegg framkommer også på tiltaksrapporten

The archive UI has been refurbished and enhanced with a component based front end framework. New functionality has been added in order to improve search and filter capabilities making it easier to manage and view documents in the archive.
Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
- The CDD form is prepared for two different use cases: CDD for a Legal person (company) or CDD for natural persons hereunder Ultimate Beneficial Owners.
- Adjustments made to comply with browser policy not allowing iframe source to read its display position. When in iframe CDD message dialogs may appear unpositioned.

Distribution after signing
Added functionality for distributing signed documents to all signatories. The feature is optional and can be switched on or off for all signatories while creating a signature assignment. After everyone has signed a signature assignment, an e-mail will be sent out to all signatories with a link to their own secure download page for the signed documents in the assignment. The signature assignment download page is available for a period of 30 days. The feature is available to all portal users (Basic, Pro, and Enterprise).
Optimization of the signature format
During signing, a more optimal call is now used for obtaining validity information related to the certificates (prioritizing OCSP data over CRL where possible). This provides better performance through reduced file size, faster signing and validation.
